About Me.
I'm Wendy Puckett.
I love helping people discover their own strength and power. Like most people, I’ve had to dig myself out of a lot of messes in life. Throughout it all, I was an avid observer of how people found their way from where they were to where they wanted to be. My personal journey was ingrained in sports. I was a collegiate track and cross-country runner for the University of Colorado. I worked in sports marketing at Nike, PowerBar, and Smartwool throughout the ’90s. For the last 20 years, my sister and I owned and taught at a Fitness studio in Steamboat Springs which I recently sold to a great new owner. I teach pilates, yoga, running, cycling, and am a certified Health and Life Coach. I have two sons, 19 and 22 years old. Both of them ski race for their colleges. One of them also skis on the US Ski Team.
My passion has been helping people build deep strength from the inside out starting with the core. Throughout this process, it’s been obvious that training the mind and body together is the ideal strategy to thrive. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients on mindset and physical goals ranging from elite-level aspirations to learning to walk post-surgery. I have watched clients transform mentally and physically by connecting deeply to their bodies, and clearing out the sticky physical and mental patterns to find their spark of motivation, confidence, and power. I hope to be the concierge of the awkward, challenging space between that stuck spot and the future spot, between the space of where we are and where we want to be. My goal is to offer all my experiential tools to support people comprehensively, like a self-optimization buffet. We can work on the mind or we can work on the mind within the context of the movement of your choice.
