Mindset Coaching
What does a coaching session look like with me.
Step one
We can meet to determine if we are a good fit and discuss your goals, desires, dreams and challenges. We will then discuss the best context to optimize our sessions for you. Options are indoor, outdoor, or virtual. Choose to talk only or talk and move your body.

MEETING OPTIONS!
Meet me at my home office.
Meet for a walk or hike to move and talk outside. Sit in my mobile sprinter van office afterwards and make a list of action steps, tools, and notes.
Meet for a combination of life coaching and physical work-out at Steamboat Fitness using your choice of treadmills, spin bikes, pilates reformers, yoga, or TRX.
Meet online! This also includes the option of a workout and a mind session.
Step two
Each session will include questions before we meet and a follow up goal list with actionable items and support tools to help you on your journey.
If you feel stuck in life and could use some support tools
If you are craving more purpose in your life
If you have a goal but aren't sure how to go after it
If you need support on movement and health goals
If your body needs support on realigning and connecting to core strength
If you would like exercise tips or training plan support
How to know if you could use a coaching session:
Schedule a session and invest in yourself
If you're not sure what a coaching session is about or if you would benefit from one, let's set up a free 30-minute consultation. In this session, we will discuss where you are now in life and where you want to be. We can strategize goals and see if mindset coaching is a good fit for you.

A Story of a Lifetime
There are key moments in life where big experiences become processed and embedded into your memories, heart, and minds. They can leave deep wounds and stay stuck with you or springboard you forward into productive growth. Diving into life wholeheartedly, taking risks, and pushing ourselves means that we will fail along the way. It’s how we get up from the fall and keep moving forward- that serves as a catalyst for growth. We use perspective to write the narrative about the experience but sometimes we are so stuck in disappointment we can’t find a way to change the story in our minds.
This is the moment I’m interested in- Just before disappointment digs it’s tentacles too deeply into our psyche, when it’s most impactful to have a superhero narrator sweep in to save the story.
